Raymond Wu, O.D.

Dr Wu graduated from University of California at Berkeley with honors and has been in private practice for over 25 years. He is licensed in the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents and certified by the National Board of Optometry in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.
Dr. Wu is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Covina Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Wu is tri-lingual and speaks Japanese, Chinese and English. He enjoys skiing, tennis, singing with guitar and traveling.

Edwin J. Wu, O.D.

Dr. Edwin Wu is Dr. Raymond Wu's son, and an alumni of the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. While being able to provide the most competent and friendly eye care, he is also certified to treat certain forms of Glaucoma. Dr. Wu has a bachelor's degree in psychology from UCSD and has worked in Hu Hu Kam indian reserve in Sacaton, AZ, the veterans eye clinic in Casa Grande, AZ and the veterans eye clinic in Las Vegas, NV. He is very excited to join the eyecare team at Covina Eyecare and hopes you will come to see him so that he can provide you the quality eyecare you deserve.

Jeffrey Hong, M.D., M.B.A.

Since completing his ophthalmology training at White Memorial Medical Center, Dr. Hong has been practicing comprehensive ophthalmology for 15 years. He has excelled in a variety of practice environments including private practice, HMO staff model, and as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Loma Linda University/San Bernardino County Medical Center. A Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Hong has presented his findings at the Annual Academy of Ophthalmology meetings, and has been the first author on abstracts published at the annual ARVO and World Ophthalmology Congress meetings. In 2004, Dr. Hong completed the Healthcare Executive - MBA program at University of California - Irvine, thereby acquiring the management and leadership skills necessary to optimize his practice's performance in the current healthcare environment. As an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA for the past five years, he has been involved in the latest therapies and techniques in the field of ophthalmology to better serve your eye care needs.

He has been named as one of Pasadena Magazine's "TOP DOCS" for both 2009 and 2010.
In addition, He has been nominated by KCAL-Channel 9 for "Best Ophthalmologist" in the Los Angeles area for 2010.

Gina

Gina has been in the optical field for over 20 years and is currently serving as Dr. Wu's Office Manager.

Adrianna

Adrianna has over 10 years of Optometric experience as an Optometric Assistant and works as our Insurance and Billing Specialist. She is fluent in Spanish.

Wilmer

Wilmer has over 5 years experience as a Lens Specialist and Frame Stylist. Wilmer is also fluent in Spanish.
